During the week of the ISAT tests in third grade, our class adopted Mrs. Ramos' class. We wrote poems for them each day and took them to their classroom during their rotation time. When they got back each day, before they took their tests, they found our poems - one for each person in the class - on their desks. An added surprise was a piece of candy each day. We also signed the big banner in the lobby wishing them good luck on the test.
After the test was over, Mrs. Ramos' class made a big thank you sign for our class. It was fun supporting the third graders and it made us look forward to our turn to take the tests.
